If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days of delivery you can return one or more items and choose to receive other replacement items or exercise the right of withdrawal. If these days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept the return / refund request.

The right of return and withdrawal is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:

  • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show signs of use.
  • Items must be returned with original labels and tags still attached, including packaging and all original packaging
    and accessories (cases, boxes, wrappers etc.) received with the order.
  • Returns can be shipped inside the original SMITHY'S ENGLAND box or other suitable packaging, which must be carefully sealed with adhesive tape.
  • Swimwear and underwear (briefs, socks, boxers) cannot be returned. In case of return, the package will be refused
    and returned to the sender, upon payment of the shipping costs.
  • Returns sent with shipping paid by SMITHY'S ENGLAND will be refused and returned at the expense of the sender.
  • SMITHY'S ENGLAND reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and / or returns that do not comply with the above terms and conditions. If non-compliant returns are received, the goods will be returned to the sender with shipping costs charged to the customer.

Check the conditions, there are three available options:


Items can be returned to request a size change. It is not possible to replace the returned item with a different model / product. In case of unavailability of the requested size, a credit equal to the value of the returned items will be automatically created.


Once the return has been processed, you will receive a credit equal to the total value of the returned items which will be credited directly to your account. The credit can be used on one or more orders on SMITHY'S ENGLAND. If the order amount is higher than the credit, it will be possible to integrate the difference with one of the accepted payment methods. The credit is non-refundable.


For all refund requests, a shopping voucher will be automatically created equal to the value of the returned items, excluding shipping costs. The shopping voucher can be redeemed as a credit in your account or it will be converted into an economic refund on the original payment method within 7-10 working days. If the voucher is used, even partially, no refund will be possible. Refunds will be issued exclusively on the payment method used to place the order, as required by law. The refunded amount will be viewable within 10 working days. Credit times vary depending on the payment method used. 

N.B: For refunds only, the costs of home stuff and shipping will be deducted by the same.

Refunds are made within a maximum of 10 days from the return of the parcel to our office, to verify that the goods are same as they were shipped.

When make a return, customer has to bear the shipping costs unless he has received a defective product. In this case we will arrange the return. Contact our Customer Support Team within 3 days. After the 3-day deadline, it will no longer be possible to request the free return service, therefore will be applied the standard return conditions (with costs paid by customer)

It is underlined that the transport risks for the return of the stuff will be fully paied by the buyer.

We reserve the right to not accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times. In the worst case that the return is made in unacceptable conditions, we may have to send it back to you. We also offer a paid home return service, and it is free for product / s changes of orders over € 75. Contact Customer Service for more informations.

SMITHY'S ENGLAND reserves the right to refuse the return in the following cases:

  • Stuff not returned in their original condition;
  • Stuff not returned with labels, tags attached and original packaging;
  • Stuff not returned within 14 days from the delivery date;
  • - Stuff that show signs of use (eg: stains, perfume etc.);
  • - Stuff that show signs of use (eg: stains, perfume etc.);
